Welcome to our overview of the Wild System Tsunami 14.5.
Kayak Tsunami 14.5 Foot Touring Kayak is specially designed for rowing in different places – from sea coasts to coasts, from bays to rivers. Whether for a day trip or a weekend away, the Tsunami 14.5 Touring Kayak is a good choice for both small and large rowers, thanks to its deep hull and large cockpit.
Each end of the kayak is equipped with limit switches to lift and carry the boat with a partner. Transport is also only carried out by lifting the kayak and securing the cabin on the shoulder.
There are 3 built-in hatches – one at the stern, one during the day and one at the bow. To remove the hatch, all you have to do is remove the lid. The bungholes on the front and aft deck can be used to attach water bottles, pumps and other equipment. The full lines of the groundsheet ensure a good grip on the hands, while the clearly defined edge of the cockpit allows quick and easy attachment of the spray skirt.
The backrest can be adjusted forwards and backwards, up and down, and the leg lifts provide comfort and support for your feet.
The sliding leg support system can be easily adjusted from the inside. Lift the black plastic pole in the boat and slide it forwards or backwards until your leg rests on the pole, while maintaining a slight bend in your knees.
Maximum comfort is achieved by the use of adjustable hip rests with padding. By turning a few screws, you can easily rearrange the hip cushion to make it more comfortable for your body style. The seat and backrest are also fully adjustable. You can raise or lower the backrest and adjust the leg lifts in seconds.
In the water, the Chinese multi-functional V-shaped tsunami enclosure offers exceptional stability in a smooth, narrow profile. The lower cab height ensures reliable edge handling and easy manoeuvrability. With the right technique and the right edge treatment, you can cut soft curves in no time.
Both beginners and experienced kayakers will appreciate the excellent comfort and control of Wilderness Systems’ 14.5 meter long kayak touring system. It offers excellent tracking, even in windy weather, and is made of Gen2 high-density polyethylene.

Examples of customer testimonials
Almost all feedback we got about the Tsunami 14.5 was excellent, almost all owners gave this kayak 5 stars out of 5.
Positive customer feedback
This boat has no problem with my 6’3, 250-pound body. It is very easy to set everything for maximum comfort. I like the way he turns off the water. More than enough space for all your equipment.
This kayak is fast and extremely manoeuvrable for its size. It’s great for the lakes and rivers of Michigan.
This kayak is ideal for everything from the sea to the lakes. Extremely strong. I rolled it over rocks, shells, tree trunks – whatever. I love every bow. You can easily take a fully equipped fridge and much more with you. I’ve had a lot of kayaks and this is definitely the best boat I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to go kayaking this summer.
Negative customer feedback
I’m just complaining about the fact that the chair tends to tilt forward when you get up.
